JCI leadership awardees
CEBU CITY (April 11) -- Junior Chamber International (JCI) in the Philippines has recognized graduates of the just-concluded school year who have demonstrated both academic excellence and leadership qualities with the Youth Leadership Efficiency Award (YLEA) sponsored by Sen. Francisco "Kiko" Pangilinan.
